Erin Noco Mediation

I'm Erin Redmond Claeys
domestic relations attorney & mediator

I am an advocate for resolution. I help couples divorce amicably and without stressful or messy litigation.

When dealing with issues related to your divorce or child custody case, you need a safe and comfortable environment to have the hard conversations.

Mediation is a confidential and voluntary process, that allows the parties to meet with one another and a mediator to discuss the issues related to their case. By making decisions together, parties can ensure that the outcomes remain in their control.

Mediation provides an opportunity for parties to discuss their issues, clear up misunderstandings, identify separate and mutual interests, and find areas of agreement. The purpose of mediation is to help people resolve disputes with one another, or at least better manage their disputes. The NOCO Mediation Center offers virtual mediations for clients’ convenience via Zoom and in person mediations, by request.

Divorce doesn’t have to be adversarial or full of conflict.

Parties unrepresented by Attorneys ("PrO Se")

The divorce process can be overwhelming. If you and your partner would like guidance along the way, we offer a free 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation for parties unrepresented by counsel, or “pro se” parties.   You and your partner will have the opportunity to speak with Erin Claeys, an attorney and mediator, who has been practicing domestic relations in Northern Colorado for over a decade. While Ms. Claeys cannot represent you or your partner, she can discuss your case with both of you and explore avenues of resolution. The NOCO Mediation Center has a variety of mediation packages, depending on your individual needs.   Please contact our Mediation Coordinator, with any questions regarding the mediation process by calling or texting (970) 420-6227 or e-mailing info@nocomediation.com.
